  • Non-Delivery: If you do not receive the download link or access to the template, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • File Corruption: If the template file is corrupted and cannot be accessed or used, and we are unable to provide a replacement or fix, you may request a refund.

  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product other than the one you purchased, we will provide the correct product or a full refund if the correct product cannot be delivered.

2. Refund Request Time Frame

Refund requests must be made within 10 days of the purchase date. After this period, no refunds can be processed.

3. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are not available in the following situations:
